Refund policy
Important Notice:
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Pre-order items, unless we are unable to fulfill your order
- Trading Card Game (TCG) products (e.g. Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!)
- Sale items or discounted bundles
- Gift cards
Pre-order and TCG items are final sale once shipped, as we reserve stock specifically for you.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For damaged items, you must provide evidence, like photos of the defective parts, the damaged items, and the broken packaging. The return shipping must be covered by you.
If you’re returning items because you changed your mind or misunderstood the product description, they need to be in their original, unused condition, including the packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
For returns due to a change of mind, a refund will be given once we receive the items in sellable condition. Make sure the return packaging is secure and intact. The shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is damaged or lost.

Hobby Kitz Pre-Order Deposit Policy

Deposit Requirement:

- All pre-orders require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% at the time of placing the order. This deposit is required to secure your item and ensure its availability upon release.
Deposit Amount:

- The deposit amount is 50%, which will be credited towards the total purchase price of the item.
Nonrefundable Terms:

- The deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes of mind, financial difficulties, or unforeseen delays from suppliers.
Order Cancellation:

- If you choose to cancel your pre-order, the deposit will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Item Availability:

- While we strive to fulfill all pre-orders, in the rare event that the item becomes unavailable or is discontinued, a full refund of your deposit will be issued.
Order Fulfillment:

- Once your pre-ordered item arrives, you will be notified to complete the remaining balance. Items must be collected within 3 days of notification.
Please Note: The first release of a pre-order item may be in limited supply, and not all orders may be fulfilled right away. If your order isn't fulfilled during the initial release, it will be prioritized for future restocks. To increase your chances of receiving one from the first batch, we suggest placing your order early!
Failure to Complete Purchase:

- If the balance is not paid within 30 days after notification, your pre-order will be considered canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Transferability:

- Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other orders or items.

Agreement:

- By placing a pre-order with Hobby Kitz, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Nonrefundable Deposit Policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
